How to add page number in a PDF

Follow these easy steps to insert page numbers into your PDF:

  1. Begin by clicking the "Select a file" button above or dragging and dropping a PDF into the designated drop zone.
  2. Next, choose the PDF document to which you want to add page numbers.
  3. Once Acrobat has uploaded your selected PDF file, sign in to proceed.
  4. Then, select the position where you want the numbers to appear on your PDF pages and specify your desired page range.
