Convert objects to symbols

1	In the document, select the text object called Australia, and drag it to the Symbols folder in the Library panel.
2	Repeat step 1 for the following objects: follow your instinct, the lizard, and each of the four photographs.
3	Close the master page editing window to return to the main document.
