Start a video from the ground up

You don’t need to be a pro to make video magic. There are two easy ways to make a video in Adobe Express. Each option lets you create a polished finished product from an easy-to-use video editing interface.

Option 1: Upload your own video.

This option starts with video you already have. From the For you or Video category on the home page, choose Start from your content.

Add a video from your device, click Create new, and choose a format. Unless you have something specific in mind, “original aspect ratio” is a good place to start.

Option 2: Use the Adobe Express library.

The other option uses content from the Adobe Express library to create a new video. From the Home screen, hover over the video format you want and click Create from scratch. Search and select a video from the thousands available in Adobe Stock.

Edit the video and add scenes

Once you’ve completed either of these options, you’re now in the Editor. Here is where you can easily edit your video or add additional videos as new scenes.
