EU Monthly Active Users (MAUs)

Updated: August 16, 2024

Reporting Period: February – July 2024

Article 24(2) of the Digital Services Act (DSA) requires “online platforms” to publish information on their average monthly active users (MAUs) in the European Union (EU) every six months. We provide information about the EU MAUs for our products and services that may fall within the DSA’s definition of “online platforms” below.

 Adobe Stock

 732,280

 Behance

 1,009,669

 Adobe Photoshop Lightroom

 3,346,315

 Adobe Photoshop Express

 1,114,049

For the set of calculations above, we follow the following methodology. At the end of each fiscal week, we take a snapshot of all logged-in members with some form of product activity (such as product launches and other usage signals). These snapshots take account of activity from the past 28 days. For Behance, these snapshots occur at the end of every calendar month and account for product activity in the past month.

We calculate an average of the last six months of rolling 28-day or one-month snapshots for logged-in members with the requisite product activity who are located in an EU Member State. Due to technical limitations, in certain circumstances, we were unable to de-duplicate these calculations for users using multiple instances of the same platform across mobile, web, and desktop offerings.

This information was prepared for the DSA and its requirements, and thus should not be interpreted or used for other purposes.
