Submitting form values
When using forms that do not require text input, it is not necessary to submit form values in the localized language since the actual values are never seen by the online user. If you give the user choices with check boxes and radio buttons, only the page content need be localized.
This "trick" can help a great deal in terms of staffing—one person in your organization can read or process form data regardless of the language he or she speaks.
