This sample generates 2 multipage (two page) static form documents each with its own page count. There are global fields as part of page headings and there is variable substitution within a paragraph. The XML data contains text that has font enhancements (different font size, underlining, bolding) within a field.
The Phone Bill

This sample shows a phonebill. The data is supplied in the order Header-Details-Totals order. The output requires a form with Header-Totals-Details order. An XSLT script is used to re-order the data to drive a dynamic form to publish the required output.
The Packing Slip

This sample shows a warehouse packing slip and generates two pages, based on volume of data. The first page is dynamic in nature and contains a form title (including a barcode for tracking purposes), a customer information summary, and the first set of items. The second page (if required) repeats the header, and continues to print the individual items as required. The customer information summary prints on page 1 only, the order tracking header prints on each page of the output.

This sample shows a warehouse packing slip (similar to Packing slip sample). The second page shows a calculation for total quantity of items and a count of items. These two values are NOT supplied in the data file but are calculated, at run-time, by an XSLT script.
