No, the minimum applicable license thresholds are mandatory to purchase a given base plan. You could consider adding a Capacity upgrade to a lower base plan or moving to a higher base plan.

No, you can only buy one base plan per customer account. However, you can tailor your plan by adding Room capacity upgrades and other add-ons to meet your specific needs.

Yes, multiple Shared events, Shared rooms or Shared account (Concurrent user) licenses can be purchased and/or combined with a base plan

No, Capacity upgrades are individual licenses hence can only be applied to the Standard, Premium and Enterprise license base plans.

An event is any session or series of sessions that happen within a 24-hour period. Sessions with fewer than 3 attendees are considered "Stand-by Mode" and don't count as live events.
