Adobe Experience Cloud Usage Information FAQ

Adobe’s Privacy Policy discloses how Adobe collects and uses personal information while using or interacting with our websites, products, and services. This FAQ provides additional information about how our Experience Clound solutions may collect and use your personal information.

You, as users of Experience Cloud solutions, have the option to share information with Adobe about how you use our Experience Cloud solutions (“Usage Information”). Usage Information is associated with your User ID and allows us to provide you with a more personalized experience and improve product quality and features. You can opt out of sharing usage information with Adobe here.

 

Can I choose not to share information about how I use and interact with Experience Cloud solutions?

Yes. You can opt out of sharing Usage Information with Adobe here.

This opt-out applies to the collection of Experience Cloud Usage Information, not to other online services (such as Behance, Creative Cloud or Document Cloud)or Adobe websites. The usage information collected as part of the services are governed by their respective privacy policies and the Adobe Privacy Policy. For more information about opting out of online usage tracking for other Adobe online serves or websites, please review the “Your Privacy Choices” section within the Adobe Privacy Center. 


What information is shared and how does Adobe use it?

You have the option to share the following types of information about how you use and interact with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions:

 

  • IP address;
  • Type of browser and device;
  • Webpage that led you to an Adobe website;
  • In some cases, search terms entered into a search engine which lead you to an Adobe website;
  • Use and navigation of websites and apps (collected through cookies and similar technologies, or by Adobe servers when you are logged in to the app or website);
  • Analysis of your content (e.g., activity logs, and direct feedback from you) which is sent or received using an online feature of an Adobe app or website, or which is stored on Adobe servers.
  • User ID
  • User Company Name
     

This information is associated with your User ID and allows us to provide you with a more personalized experience and improve product quality and features, and to communicate with you.

Which Experience Cloud solutions collect Usage Information?

  • As described above, all hosted Experience Cloud solutions collect Usage Information.  You can opt out of sharing Usage Information with Adobe here.
  • You, or your administrator, can also configure your use of on-premise Experience Cloud solutions to send Usage Information to Adobe.
