Adobe Community Fund

At Adobe, giving back in the communities where we live and work is foundational to who we are. Our mission of empowering everyone to create guides our purpose. When people have the tools, trainings, resources and opportunities to express themselves creatively and be more productive, entire communities flourish, careers transform and innovation accelerates. We call this belief Creativity for All.

The Adobe Community Fund (ACF) is our annual employee-supported grantmaking initiative that brings Adobe’s commitment to Creativity for All to life, directing millions of dollars annually to non-profits in the communities where our employees live and work. Each year, Adobe employees nominate eligible non-profits to apply for funding that supports communities around our largest offices. Selected organisations will receive a $20,000 USD general operating grant and access to exclusive opportunities to leverage Adobe products, engage with employee talent and more.

The 2026 grant application window is open 16 March through 16 May During this time, organisations must be nominated by a current Adobe employee to receive an application link and meet the following criteria:

  • Clear articulation of a project, programme or mission aligned with areas like upskilling/reskilling, job placement, supporting creators or creative institutions and storytelling
  • Projects, programmes or beneficiaries served within 250km of one of the Adobe locations listed below
  • 501(c)(3) public charity organisation status for United States-based grantees or the equivalent for organisations based outside the United States
  • We cannot consider grants to for-profit organisations; private foundations, endowments, donor advised funds or charitable gift funds; churches and/or houses of worship that will use grant funds for non-secular activities; individuals; political organisations or organisations intervening in political campaigns; organisations with an annual operating budget of less than $100,000 USD; grants to organisations that haven't got policies in place to prohibit unlawful discrimination and harassment
