Redeem your Student and Teacher edition purchase

Learn how to redeem your Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition purchase and gain full access to Adobe apps.

If you purchased a plan from Adobe, simply sign in to your Adobe account to activate your membership. However, if you purchased a membership from a retailer, you may have received a redemption code.

Follow these steps to redeem the code and activate your membership.

Note:

If you don’t have an Adobe account, select Sign Up and follow the onscreen instructions to create one.

Enter the required information regarding your academic status and select Continue.

The academic status and info fields on the Redeem your Creative Cloud Membership page include your role (student or teacher), name, school, area of study, and graduation month and year. — Use the dropdown menu to select all the required information correctly.

Enter the 24-digit alphanumeric redemption code and select Redeem code.

The Enter your redemption code section shows the fields to enter your 24-digit redemption code and the option to redeem the code. — The button to redeem code is greyed out until you enter the redemption code.

Note:

Redemption codes contain both letters and numbers. The other numeric codes, such as the UPC code on your insert, card, or email, are not your redemption code.

Read the renewal plan terms and select Accept Terms & Conditions.

If prompted, enter your billing information and select Continue.

Select Get Started.

You have successfully redeemed the code. You can now use the Creative Cloud apps included in your membership.
