Share your work and collaborate in real time

How it works

Share your file

You can share your designs and revisions to gather feedback and collaborate. Here’s how:

With a file open in the Adobe Express editor, click Share in the bar at the top of the screen. Then click Invite Collaborators in the window that opens. In the invite window, you can set access permissions. For example, allow anyone with the link edit or view and comment on the file. Finally, invite others by typing their email addresses or copying the link to give to someone.

Edit files together

Save time by collaborating with your team in Adobe Express in real-time. You can invite others to simultaneously access and edit your file using co-editing. Here’s how:

With an open Adobe Express file, click the Share button and invite others by adding their email. After adding email(s), make sure “Can edit” is chosen at the bottom of the invite menu. When your invitees join, you’ll see their cursor move around when they’re working on the file with you.

You can also edit the Link Settings to make your link accessible to anyone in your organization or anyone with the link.

Comment and review

You can add comments to a file via the Comments panel. Click the Comment icon in the bar at the top of the screen next to the Download button. Any person who is invited — even if they don't have an Adobe Express account — can use the link to view and comment on a file. They do not need to sign in or sign up for Adobe Express, which makes it easy to collaborate with anyone.

When a comment is added, it appears automatically in the Comments panel in-app. You can pin a comment to a specific area, reply, resolve comments, and filter them. This process keeps all your work and feedback organized in a single file.
