No, the minimum applicable licence thresholds are mandatory to purchase a given base plan. This customer should consider adding a Capacity upgrade SKU rather than going up the base plan tiers.
Only 1 base plan can be purchased per customer account. You can tune it for capacity or additional capabilities with upgrades and add-ons
Customer on Standard Plan will need to purchase at least one Pro pack to get account wide customised branding capability.
No, Capacity upgrades are named licences hence can only be applied to the Standard, Premium and Enterprise Individual licence base plans.
A Shared Event is defined as a single or multiple sequential sessions, with more than 3 attendees, held in a 24-hr window (from the start of the first session) . These may be a scheduled or ad hoc session. Up to 3 attendees is Stand-by mode hence doesn’t count as a live event.
