Creating an experience where every employee matters.
From fair-pay practices to employee communities and programs designed to make everyone feel included, we work hard every day to achieve the ideal of Adobe For All.
Pay parity.
As of October 2018, Adobe’s female employees earn one dollar for every dollar earned by their male counterparts, and nonwhite employees are also at pay parity with white employees. Find out how we achieved global pay parity and what we’re doing to maintain it.
Employee engagement.
Our internal Adobe For All Week event has brought together employees, diversity and inclusion thought leaders, and inspirational speakers to discuss how we can better create a workplace that works for everyone. We keep the dialogue going year-round by conducting regular surveys to understand more about our employees’ everyday work experiences, whether they feel valued by their peers and managers, and what their overall perceptions are about Adobe’s commitment to diversity.
Learning and development opportunities.
We’ve created unique learning and development programs to help all our employees reach their full potential and support one another along the way. Our offerings are designed for everyone from early-career employees to our most experienced professionals, and we have a special focus on making sure that promising employees from underrepresented groups get the chance to gain visibility and grow in their careers. This includes our Leadership Circles program that helps women build their leadership skills, and Executive Shadow programs that create ways for people to connect across the company.

Support for work and life.
How do we meet employees where they are in their lives and ensure they feel valued and heard? With enhanced leave programs that help them care for new children or sick family members. With a Welcome Back program that helps them transition back to work after extended leaves of absence. With wellness and education reimbursements, matching grants for charitable donations and volunteer work, and much more.
