Acrobat Individual customers can access these features in Reader desktop and the Adobe Acrobat desktop application on both Windows and macOS, on the Acrobat web application, on Acrobat mobile applications (iOS and Android), and in their Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge extensions. At this time, this feature works for PDFs and documents that meet certain criteria. It doesn’t yet support the following types of files:
- Files exceeding 100MB in size per document and up to 10 documents
- Files that contain more than 600 pages
- Files with permissions that are configured in a way that prevents processing, such as being password-protected or having the “do not copy” permission enabled
- Files in English, Japanese, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese languages only; other languages to follow
