Privacy, Trust, and Safety

In addition to overseeing Adobe’s privacy policy and compliance with regulations, we also help product and marketing teams understand how to collect, use, and store data. We work on public policy issues related to privacy, and we manage legal and policy challenges around content stored or shared on Adobe’s services and apps.

Enterprise and Digital Experience
Powerful enterprise software brings with it novel and complex legal issues. Our team guides Adobe’s Digital Experience BU and Enterprise Sales organization through those issues as product teams develop new technologies, business development teams create strategic partnerships, product marketing teams develop go-to-market plans, and sales teams license software to Adobe’s enterprise customers and partners.

Office of the General Counsel
Adobe Legal and Government Relations (LGR) has a great track record of success, in part because our Office of the General Counsel continually creates and ideates to drive things forward. Our team includes the Chief-of-Staff to the General Counsel function — which supports the overall strategy, business operations, and special projects — and the Legal Operations function, which supports legal technology, contract operations, procurement, and invoicing. As a beta user group, we also work closely with our product teams to help bring cutting-edge technologies to market.
