Grants

Adobe supports strategic programs and partnerships that help make these communities better, stronger, and more vibrant places to live, work and do business. Adobe's focus areas for giving and grants programs are designed to:

  • Increase Adobe's impact in the community through support of more organizations
  • Strengthen our role as a corporate partner by creating deeper, stronger, and richer partnerships

Adobe is currently accepting grant proposals in the following communities:

  • San Jose/Silicon Valley, California (southern San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, southern Alameda County)
  • San Francisco, California
  • Seattle/King County, Washington
  • Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Commitment to community

Adobe also supports nonprofit organizations and programs located in Adobe communities that address community-specific needs, with an emphasis on the following criteria:

  • Arts and cultural organizations with the mission or principal focus on the creation, promotion and exhibition of visual arts, multimedia or video.
  • Providing services to reduce hunger and homelessness and provide affordable housing
  • Protecting the natural environment and improving public spaces for the enjoyment of the community
  • Improving access to electronic information for people with disabilities

Grants programs

The Adobe Action Grant program provides one-time cash only grants for general operating and program support through a competitive, quarterly online application process. Grant amounts range from $5,000-$20,000 and are for one year only. Organizations are eligible for one Adobe Action Grant per year.

The Adobe Community Investment Grant program provides multi-year (with annual review), comprehensive support, including cash, software, volunteers, and facilities use through an Adobe-initiated, RFP application process. Grant amounts are at least $20,000 and can be for up to three years. Organizations selected become Adobe Community Investment Partners and are required to sit out one year after the grant ends before reapplying. Unsolicited proposals will not be accepted.
